Take a journey through your senses with only one goal in mind: feeling present in your own body through the mind-body connection. 

In these sessions, you will be guided through activities that combine art, movement, dance, drama, improvisation, & journaling with the intention of facilitating a deeper connection with your most authentic self through creative expression. 

No dance level is required.
